Dots + Google Calendar: setup and first workflow

Prepare meetings from the calendar you actually use.

GPT Dot · Updated

Before you start

Have your calendar and the date range you want to prepare for ready. Open the app or contact-method connection available to your account. Complete sign-in and verify the account name before assigning work.

Connect and check

Confirm the correct date and time zone, especially for recurring events. If a Calendar plugin is offered in your catalog, connect it; otherwise provide an exported schedule or use an available browser session. Ask for preparation before adding event-editing actions.

Run one bounded task

Choose one project and a short date range for the first run. Use the brief below, replacing every bracketed field. Ask for a source link with each result so you can open the original item immediately.

Make the next run better

Review the first output for missing items, repeated items and incorrect owners. Give that feedback together with one example of the format you prefer. Add a schedule only once the result is useful, and include its time zone and end date.

Copy this task brief

Prepare tomorrow’s meeting brief in [time zone]. For each event, list the goal, participants, linked documents, the last open decision and one question I should ask. Use only calendars I name: [calendar names].
