Dots availability: plans, regions and rollout
Check launch eligibility for Pro, Business Premium and Enterprise.
Personal Pro accounts
At launch, Dots is rolling out to eligible Pro users aged 18 or older outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Check the official Help Center for your current eligibility. A paid plan and regional availability are separate conditions.
Business and Enterprise
Business Premium is included in the announced rollout in eligible markets. Enterprise, including Edu and Healthcare in the announcement, can try the beta when their administrator enables it. Check the workspace you are currently using before troubleshooting your personal account.
Free, Go and Plus
The initial announcement names Pro, Business Premium, and Enterprise. It does not include Free, Go, or Plus in the initial rollout. The updates page tracks the launch baseline so you can compare later official announcements.
Rollout timing
An eligible account may receive the feature after the first announcement. Use the direct desktop entry, then check the official availability information and your workspace settings. Reinstalling repeatedly does not change account eligibility.
